My Guarantee

Producing and raising each toy poodle puppy is taken quite seriously here at Chamonix Toy Poodles. You are not just sent home with a puppy! These babies get the very best start in life. When you receive a puppy from me, it will be a member of your family you will truly be proud of. Every effort made will assure your new baby is truly ready to go home with you on pick-up day. All of my babies will be well socialized and have been exposed to a wide variety of different situations. All puppies are raised underfoot with the best tender loving care. Your new family member will be given to you with the following:

1.) Groomed in the traditional puppy clip unless something else is requested in advance.
2.) The tail docked and dewclaws removed by a veterinarian.
3.) Will have an up to date vet health record. This will reflect veterinarian treatment which includes the first set of shots, de-worming treatments and information on when the next shots are due.
4.) All paper work will be given to you in an organized starter booklet which includes: AKC papers, your puppies laminated pedigree showing the lineage with Champions, all vet records, microchip information, helpful "how to" puppy information, and professional photos of your puppy and parents. You will also receive a food sample, a custom baby blanket and a tube of Nutrical supplement.

The puppy will be allowed to go home at 8 weeks. The puppy is not ready to leave mom or the littermates before this. Many needs are fulfilled during these critical first weeks of life. Our high ethical standards require all puppies being placed into pet homes will be spayed or neutered.

We are here to help you in any way possible throughout your poodle’s life! Even though there are no refunds, if for any reason you cannot keep your poodle at some point in its life, we will take your puppy/dog back into our loving home. We do not care what age your baby is. We will keep all contact information current with you through the years. We are dedicated to providing you and your new puppy with the best support and care we can provide. 
 

Puppy Sale Agreement

This Puppy Sale Agreement applies to the puppy of the below specified description. This Agreement will refer to the Seller __________ and the Buyer __________.

Efforts have been made to assure that the puppy the buyer has purchased is healthy at the time of purchase. The puppy will be at least 8 weeks old at the time of purchase. There is no guarantee of breeding ability, show quality, size, coat quality, temperament or adaptability. A knowledgeable breeder knows that not all expectations hold true upon maturity. The seller accepts no responsibility for any injuries incurred during shipping and transit of the puppy. The seller reserves the right to place the puppy in the home of choice.

The seller accepts no responsibility for medical problems or future medical care and the buyer accepts full responsibility for all medical problems and future medical care. The seller recommends that the buyer take this puppy to the veterinarian of his/her choice within the first 24 hours after purchase. During the initial examination, should the buyer’s veterinarian finds this puppy to be a poor health risk or detect any physical health problem that requires further extensive veterinary care other than the required vaccinations and/or treatment for any type of parasite or bacteria, internal or external, the buyer must contact the seller within this first 24 hours. The seller reserves the right to contact the veterinarian and decide what action, if any, will be taken.

Copies of all veterinarian health records and vaccination paperwork have been provided to the buyer reflecting the following: 1.) All shots and worming are current having been administered by a veterinarian, 2.) The tail has been docked by a veterinarian, 3.) The dewclaws have been removed by a veterinarian, and 4.) A general medical check has been administered by a veterinarian.

Any deposit or payment made on the puppy is NOT refundable for any reason. A $300 deposit is required to hold the puppy for the buyer. The puppy is being sold at the purchase price of
$ __________, minus the $300 deposit. The remaining balance of the purchase price 
$ __________, must be paid in full to the seller before a final sale takes place. The balance must be paid in full to the seller before the puppy can go home with the buyer.

The buyer will be given a limited or full registration based upon the seller’s discretion. The difference between limited and full registration have been explained to the buyer. This puppy is being sold with a __________ registration. The buyer has also read and understands the spay/neuter agreement provided by the seller.

The buyer agrees to maintain the following throughout the puppy/dog’s lifetime: 1.) All veterinarian care and vaccinations will be kept current, 2.) A high quality of life will be maintained, 3.) Every effort will be made to maintain the mental and physical well being of the puppy/dog and 4.) Grooming will be maintained either by the buyer or a professional groomer every 4 to 6 weeks.

The buyer agrees that if it becomes necessary to dispose of the puppy/dog, the buyer will notify the seller before taking such action. The buyer understands that the puppy/dog may be returned to the seller without refund at any point in its lifetime. The buyer agrees to keep all contact information current with the seller throughout the lifetime of this puppy/dog.

No guarantees or warranties, have been made, either expressly or implied. The buyer has read, understands, and accepts the Puppy Sale Agreement noted by the signatures below.
 

Spay/Neuter Agreement

This Spay/Neuter Agreement applies to the puppy of the below specified description. This Agreement will refer to the Seller __________ and the Buyer __________.

The buyer agrees to neuter/spay the puppy before it reaches six months of age. The buyer agrees to supply the seller with a signed veterinarian's letter by certified mail as proof of a neuter/spay. The buyer agrees that the seller may contact the veterinarian who has performed the neuter/spay to verify that the operation has indeed taken place on the puppy. It is understood by all parties to this agreement that the puppy is of pet quality. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that this puppy will be registered by limited registration.

If the buyer fails to neuter/spay the puppy and provide proof to the seller by six months of age, rights and ownership of the puppy will automatically terminate and revert back to seller who may immediately assume possession of the puppy. The buyer will pay seller’s reasonable attorney’s fees for recovery of the dog. There will be NO refund of the deposit or purchase price of the puppy. In the event that the buyer does not have the puppy properly neutered/spayed, any offspring issuing from this pet-quality puppy are not eligible for registration with the AKC, UKC, or CKC. The Seller will also notify the AKC of the buyer’s actions.

Show Quality Puppies

We will have show quality puppies available on occasion. We are very proud of our show puppies and wish to place them in potential show homes only. They will be sold on a co-ownership contract.  Please contact me if you have any questions.
